How to use

Mix 1 tablespoon of the husk into at least 8 fl oz (about 240 ml) of water or another liquid.

Before you choose

Choking risk: taking this product without enough fluid may cause it to swell and block your throat or oesophagus. Do not take it if you have difficulty swallowing, and seek urgent medical attention for chest pain, vomiting or difficulty swallowing or breathing. Always take with at least 8 fl oz (about 240 ml) of liquid. Take other medicines 1 hour before, or several hours after, psyllium. Food supplement. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Not a substitute for a varied diet. Keep out of reach of children. Consult a doctor before use if pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or under medical supervision. US-market product: packaging and label wording may differ from UK versions.
