NoseFrida SnotSucker Baby Nasal AspiratorFrida NoseFrida SnotSucker Baby Nasal Aspirator with 4 Hygiene Filters

A seal at the nostril, not inside it

The NoseFrida's large tube rests against the outside of your baby's nostril to form a seal, rather than going into the nose. Disposable filters trap mucus in the barrel, and a fresh filter is fitted for every session. It is listed for use from birth.

Easy to keep clean

The blue nasal tube, red mouthpiece and filter cap are listed as top-rack dishwasher safe. The long, clear tube is cleaned separately with a few drops of rubbing alcohol, and the listing specifies 70% isopropyl alcohol.

What comes in the box

The box holds one nasal aspirator and four hygiene filters, one of them already fitted. The aspirator weighs about 23 g, and the listed country of origin is Sweden.

How to use

Make sure a disposable hygiene filter is in place before each use, to help stop mucus or bacteria passing through. Hold the large tube against the outside of the nostril, not inside, to create a seal, then suck through the red mouthpiece. Moving the tube in a small circular motion can help, and the manufacturer suggests a saline spray beforehand to loosen thick mucus. Throw the filter away after each session, wash the large tube in warm soapy water and clean the thin tube with a few drops of rubbing alcohol. Snap the dry parts firmly together and fit a new filter ready for next time.

Before you choose

This is a manual aspirator worked by your own suction, with no motor or battery. Keep small parts out of reach of children and use as directed on the package. As the filter is changed after every use, you will need replacement filters once the four included are used. US-market product: packaging and label wording may differ from UK versions.
