A precision tip for placing the cream
Fixodent Professional Ultimate comes with a narrow precision tip, making it easier to lay down a controlled line of adhesive where it is needed. Fixodent places this cream at the top of its line-up for hold and food seal. One application a day is intended to keep the denture secure through meals and conversation.
Keeping food out and breath fresh
The cream is designed to seal the gap between denture and gums so that food particles are less likely to slip underneath. It also includes what Fixodent calls Breath Bacteria Shield Technology, which the brand says targets odour-causing bacteria. The manufacturer states that the product is ADA Accepted by the American Dental Association.
What comes in the pack
The pack contains three 1.8 oz tubes of adhesive cream. It is suitable for full and partial dentures, so it fits into most denture routines alongside your usual cleanser.
How to use
Take the denture out, clean and dry it, then use the narrow tip to lay a controlled line of cream along the fitting surface. Fit it into your mouth and press firmly to settle.
Before you choose
This is a cream adhesive, not a powder or a soft reliner. The source does not give directions or a full ingredient list, so read the label on the tube before use and contact us before ordering if you need to avoid a particular ingredient. If you need to reapply during the day, ask your dentist to check the fit of your dentures. US-market product: packaging and label wording may differ from UK versions.
