Resistance Loop Exercise BandsFit Simplify Resistance Loop Exercise Bands, Set of 5 with Carry Bag

Five levels for a range of exercises

Fit Simplify grades this set from extra light and light through medium and heavy to extra heavy, with a different colour for each level. That spread lets you use lighter bands for stretching and mobility and heavier ones for strength work.

Guidance included

An instruction guide with illustrated exercises covers the legs, arms, back, shoulders, ankles, hips and stomach, which is useful if you are building a routine from scratch. The manufacturer states that the bands are tested before shipping.

What comes in the set

Inside are five loop bands, each listed at 12 x 2 inches, a carry bag and the instruction guide. The bag keeps the bands together for workouts at the gym, in the park or while travelling.

How to use

Slip a band around your legs, arms or wrists, choosing the colour for the level you want. Keep a steady tension as you move through your exercise, and switch to a lighter or heavier band as you like.

Before you choose

These are closed loop bands rather than long tube bands with handles, so they suit exercises where the band sits around the legs, ankles or wrists. US-market product: packaging and label wording may differ from UK versions.
