27-Piece Travel Sewing Kit with CaseFiskars 27-Piece Travel Sewing Kit with Case, Orange

Everything for buttons and hems in one case

This kit covers the small repairs that crop up at home or away: sewing on a loose button, fixing a dropped hem or closing a split seam. The pieces are held in a hard plastic case that slips into a handbag, rucksack or carry-on.

What comes in the pack

Inside are folding stainless steel scissors, 10 coloured threads, three hand needles, a needle threader, four straight pins, two safety pins, four buttons and a 39 inch measuring tape, making 27 pieces in total.

Compact for travel

The folding scissors keep the blades tucked away when not in use, and the orange case makes the kit easy to spot in a busy bag. It suits travel, a desk drawer or a student's room.

How to use

Open the case, thread a needle from the kit and sew on a button, fix a hem or close a seam in the thread colour that matches your fabric. Use the folding scissors to snip the thread, then close the kit for travel.

Before you choose

This is a basic repair kit, not a full sewing set for dressmaking. Needles, pins and scissors are sharp, so keep the kit away from young children. Check your airline's rules on scissors in hand luggage before flying. US-market product: packaging and label wording may differ from UK versions.

This item ships from the USA and takes longer to arrive. The standard UK-stock delivery estimates do not apply.
