A multi-source protein blend
Stacked Protein combines instantized whey protein concentrate, whey protein isolate and micellar casein in a fast-and-slow protein matrix. The label lists 5 g of glutamine, 6 g of BCAAs and 3 g of leucine per serving, and describes the powder as low fat and gluten free.
Easy ways to use it
It is instantized, so it can be stirred into water, milk or another drink with a spoon. You can also blend it into a smoothie or mix it into yogurt, cereal or oatmeal.
How to use
Add 1 scoop to about 6 oz of water, skimmed milk or unsweetened almond milk and stir or shake for 15-20 seconds. You can also blend it into smoothies or mix it into yogurt, cereal or oatmeal. Take 1-3 servings a day, and on training days take it before and/or after workouts.

Other ingredients: Instantized whey protein concentrate, sunflower oil creamer [sunflower oil, maltodextrin, sodium caseinate (a milk derivative), contains 2% or less of each of the following: mono & diglycerides, natural tocopherols, and tri-calcium phosphate (flow agent)], instantized whey protein isolate, micellar casein, l-glutamine, organic agave inulin, natural and artificial flavor, gum blend (cellulose gum, xanthan gum, carrageenan), salt, sucralose, proteases (as Aminogen Advanced), acesulfame potassium.
