L-Carnitine500 CapsulesEVLution Nutrition L-Carnitine500 500 mg, 120 Capsules

A single-ingredient amino acid capsule

L-Carnitine500 keeps the formula simple, with each capsule providing 500 mg of L-carnitine tartrate. The manufacturer describes it as stimulant-free and intended to be used alongside proper diet and exercise, which makes it a straightforward add-on to an existing training routine.

Flexible timing around training

The label allows one capsule up to three times a day, taken between meals, 30 to 45 minutes before a workout, or straight after training. That leaves room to fit it around your own schedule.

What is in the bottle

The bottle holds 120 capsules, which is 40 days of use at the highest label serving and up to 120 days at one capsule a day. The capsules are made with rice flour, cellulose and vegetable stearates.

How to use
