The tip on this e.l.f. pencil is fine enough to draw individual strokes that mimic real brow hairs, filling sparse patches without a blocky look. The result is a full but natural-looking brow.

Two tools in one

One end holds the creamy liner and the other a spoolie brush, so you can fill, blend and tame brows with a single product. The compact size suits a handbag or travel kit.

Taupe shade and formula standards

Taupe is a soft, muted brow shade. e.l.f. states the pencil is cruelty-free and vegan, and free from phthalates, parabens, nonylphenol ethoxylates, triclosan, triclocarban and hydroquinone. It is made in the USA.

How to use

Remove the cap, then twist or sharpen to expose the lead. Stroke lightly along the brows to fill and define, then blend and shape with the spoolie. Replace the cap so the pencil does not dry out.
