Hair-like strokes from a micro-slim tip
The Ultra Precise Brow Pencil has a very fine, retractable tip that lets you draw individual strokes to fill sparse areas so they look like real hairs. That makes it suited to a natural, full brow rather than a heavy, blocked-in shape. This listing is for the Neutral Brown shade.
A spoolie on the other end
One end is the twist-up pencil and the other is a brush for combing and taming brows into place. Brushing through after filling also softens any lines, so you can define, fill and groom with one tool. The slim, compact design fits easily into a make-up bag for travel.
Formula notes
The wax-based formula includes hydrogenated castor oil, mica and vitamin E (tocopheryl acetate), with iron oxides providing the colour. e.l.f. states it is cruelty-free and vegan and free from phthalates, parabens, nonylphenol ethoxylates, triclosan, triclocarban and hydroquinone.
How to use
Take the pencil out of its packaging and twist up to expose the tip. Use the tip to define and fill in your brows, then comb and tame them with the brush. Clean the pencil after use.
Before you choose
The fine tip is designed for precise strokes, so it is slower for filling in large areas than a brow powder or pomade. Choose your shade to match your natural brow colour. US-market product: packaging and label wording may differ from UK versions.
