e.l.f. Putty Blush starts as a soft, putty-like cream and settles into a powder-feel finish once blended. The formula is silky, lightweight and highly pigmented, melting into the cheeks for a natural flush that you can intensify with a second layer.

The formula is infused with argan oil and vitamin E for added nourishment, which helps it sit comfortably on skin. For the easiest application, e.l.f. pairs it with its own Putty Blush Brush.
