Putty Blush has a putty texture that melts into skin and settles to a powder-like finish, giving a natural, flushed-from-within glow. It is silky and highly pigmented, so you can start sheer and build up the colour gradually without it looking patchy.
Nourishing oils in the formula
Argan oil and vitamin E are included to add a touch of nourishment and comfort, which helps the blush sit well on drier cheeks. e.l.f. designs it to be applied with its Putty Blush Brush for an even finish.
