The No Budge Shadow Stick is a cream eyeshadow in stick form, with high-pigment metallic colour designed to stay put. e.l.f. says it will not smear or crease once applied, so it suits long days when you do not want to retouch.
Shadow, liner or base
The creamy formula glides on as an eyeshadow or as a liner along the lash line. Worn alone, Perfect Pearl gives an everyday shimmer, or you can build it up or layer other eye colours on top for a smoky eye. It is one of 12 long-wear shades.
Design and formula notes
The stick twists up for application, and a built-in sharpener keeps the tip precise. Meadowfoam seed oil and vitamin E (tocopheryl acetate) feature in the formula. The manufacturer states it is vegan, cruelty-free and Leaping Bunny certified. The stick holds 1.6 g.
How to use
Apply the stick directly onto the eyelid, then blend with the tip of your finger.
