e.l.f.'s Hydrating Camo Concealer is aimed at hiding spots and dark under-eye circles while giving the skin a boost of moisture. It wears for a long time yet sets to a soft satin finish rather than a flat matte one. It can be used to conceal, correct and highlight.

Applying the Tan Neutral shade

A wand applicator lets you place the concealer exactly where it is needed. From there you can pat it out with a fingertip, brush or sponge, depending on how sheer or concentrated you want the coverage. The range runs to 23 shades, so you can pick a match.

What the formula leaves out

The brand states the concealer is cruelty-free and vegan, and free from phthalates, parabens, nonylphenol ethoxylates, triclosan, triclocarban and hydroquinone. The formula includes sodium hyaluronate and rose flower water. The bottle holds 6 ml.

How to use

Use the wand to apply concealer to the areas you want to cover, then gently pat it out with a finger, brush or sponge for a smooth blend.
