16HR Camo Concealer is e.l.f.'s heavy-duty formula: highly pigmented and thick, it dries quickly to a matte finish and is designed not to settle into fine lines or creases. The brand rates it for 16 hours of wear. Fair Rose is a fair shade with rosy undertones.

More than a concealer

The large doe foot applicator spreads the creamy formula evenly for coverage, and it can also be used to sculpt, contour and highlight. Avocado oil is included to moisturise, and kaolin clay helps control excess oil and shine. e.l.f. lists it as suitable for all skin types.

How to use

Prep the eye area with an eye cream, then apply primer. Apply the concealer to the areas you want to cover with the doe foot applicator. Blend with a concealer brush, dabbing where you need stronger coverage and buffing out the rest; fingers or a sponge work too.

This is a matte, full-coverage formula, so it is heavier than a hydrating or sheer concealer. e.l.f. notes that 16HR Camo shades run lighter than they may appear and recommends matching by the image of the tube. US-market product: packaging and label wording may differ from UK versions.
