Amounts in each two-capsule serving

Each serving of two capsules lists 600 mg of Organic KSM-66 ashwagandha root extract standardised to 5% withanolides and 120 mg of Rhodiola rosea root extract standardised to 5% rosavins. It also contains 50 mg of Lactiplantibacillus plantarum LP815 at 5 billion CFU per gram and 50 mg of pantethine as Pantesin HF.

Capsule and allergen information

The vegan capsules are made from hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, with microcrystalline cellulose and monolaurin as the other ingredients. The label states it contains no peanuts, tree nuts, shellfish, eggs, milk, wheat, soy, sesame or gluten, and that it is manufactured in the USA from globally sourced ingredients.

Container size

There are 60 capsules in the container, which gives 30 servings at two a day. The boxed container measures about 9.5 x 5.3 x 5.2 cm.
