Natural vitamin K2 in the MK-7 form

This Doctor's Best formula uses MenaQ7, a branded form of natural vitamin K2 (menaquinone-7) that the manufacturer says is sourced from fermented chickpeas. Each vegetarian capsule contains 45 mcg of vitamin K2.

Vegan and free-from details

The capsule is hypromellose, and the other ingredients are microcrystalline cellulose, glycerol monostearate, vegetable-source magnesium stearate, ascorbyl palmitate and rosemary extract. The brand lists the product as vegan, non-GMO, gluten-free and soy-free. With one capsule a day, a bottle of 180 lasts about six months.

How to use

Adults take 1 capsule daily with food, or as recommended by a nutritionally informed physician.
