Nattokinase is an enzyme derived from natto, a traditional Japanese food made by fermenting soybeans with Bacillus subtilis bacteria. In this Doctor's Best version the vitamin K2 has been removed, and the capsule is vegetarian hypromellose with maltodextrin and vegetable-source magnesium stearate.
