Doctor's Best describes the capsules as vegan, non-GMO and gluten free. The only other ingredients are hypromellose capsule and microcrystalline cellulose. Each capsule contains 500 mg of bromelain, and the bottle holds 90 capsules.

How to use

Adults take 1 capsule with each meal, or 1 capsule twice daily, or as recommended by a nutritionally informed physician. Store in a cool, dry place.
