Glucosamine and chondroitin with manganese ascorbate

Alongside the glucosamine sulfate sodium, which is sourced from shrimp and crab, each capsule contains chondroitin sulfate and manganese ascorbate. The manganese ascorbate supplies 20 mg of vitamin C and 4 mg of manganese per capsule. The label lists the capsules as gluten free.

One capsule with each meal

The label routine is one capsule three times a day with a meal, spreading the daily amount across breakfast, lunch and dinner. The capsule shell is hypromellose, with vegetarian leucine and silicon dioxide as the other ingredients.
