Each capsule holds a proprietary DIM complex that combines diindolylmethane with starch, vitamin E as tocophersolan, phosphatidylcholine and silica, which DaVinci Laboratories describes as an enhanced-bioavailability form. At 75 mg per capsule, it allows smaller steps when following the label's one-to-two capsule routine. The label lists the capsules as vegetarian, gluten free and soy free.

Taken with food

The serving is one capsule with food, once or twice a day. The other ingredients are microcrystalline cellulose, a vegetable cellulose capsule shell and vegetarian leucine.
