d'Alba combines white truffles from Piedmont in Italy with tocopherol (vitamin E) to make its signature Trufferol ingredient. This cream adds Trupair at 15,000 ppm, per the brand, plus the centella compounds madecassoside, asiaticoside and asiatic acid. It carries V-Label International vegan certification, a Cert Clean mark and an Excellent skin irritation testing rating from Original Dermatest (2022).

Before you choose

This is a lightweight cream, so very dry skin may want a richer layer on top. It contains lavender oil, linalool and tea tree extract. Stop use and ask a doctor if redness, swelling, itching, irritation or a rash develops and persists, including when the area is exposed to direct sunlight.
