How to use

Adults and children aged 12 and over: apply at least a 1-inch (about 2.5 cm) strip to a soft-bristled toothbrush and brush thoroughly for at least one minute twice a day, morning and evening, or as a dentist recommends. Make sure you brush all sensitive areas. Do not swallow. Children under 12 should ask a dentist.

Before you choose

This is a daily toothpaste, not a bleaching gel or a substitute for dental check-ups. Do not use it for sensitivity for longer than four weeks unless a dentist recommends it, and stop and ask a dentist if sensitivity persists or worsens, as sensitive teeth may indicate a problem needing prompt care. Keep out of reach of children; if more than the amount used for brushing is swallowed, get medical help straight away. Products containing stannous fluoride may cause surface staining of the teeth, which adequate brushing may prevent. The formula contains sodium lauryl sulfate, propylene glycol and carrageenan. US-market product: packaging and label wording may differ from UK versions.
