SPF 50 relates to protection from UVB rays, while PA++++ is the Asian rating for UVA protection, with four plus signs at the top of that scale. Protection depends on applying enough and topping it up through the day, so treat it as one part of sensible sun habits.

How to use

Apply generously before going out in the sun. Reapply regularly to keep up protection, especially after sweating, swimming or towel drying.
