Caplet format and pack size

The caplets are coated and are taken with a full glass of water, in an upright position. A serving is two caplets, taken twice daily, so a 180-count pack provides 45 days.

How to use

Adults and children aged 12 and over: take 1 serving (2 caplets) twice daily with or without food, or as recommended by your health professional. Take with a full glass of water in an upright position.

Not for children under 12. Elderly people, adolescents and anyone with difficulty swallowing should consult a health professional before use. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition, ask a health professional before use. Do not use if the printed foil seal is torn or missing.
