Vitamin C for the eye area

This CeraVe cream contains 5% pure vitamin C in packaging designed to limit oxidation. It also includes hyaluronic acid, caffeine and ceramides 1, 3 and 6-II, and is designed to help the look of dark circles and puffiness.

Light enough to wear under makeup

The brand describes a non-sticky texture that absorbs quickly, so it can be used on its own or before concealer and foundation. CeraVe says it was developed with dermatologists, and describes it as allergy tested and suitable for contact lens wearers.

Tube size

The pack contains 0.5 oz of eye cream. Panthenol, hydrogenated jojoba oil and cholesterol also appear in the ingredient list, alongside the ceramides.

How to use

Apply a small amount around the eye area with your ring finger, tapping gently until absorbed, then follow with sunscreen or make-up if you wish. It can go on before concealer; keep it out of the eyes.
