What is in the pack

The bottle contains 120 tablets, so the single-tablet daily serving gives about four months of use. The label also names antioxidants vitamin C, vitamin E, beta-carotene and zinc.

How to use

Adults take one tablet daily with food. Do not exceed the suggested use.

Before you choose

Not formulated for children. The product contains soy. Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6, so keep it out of their reach and call a doctor or poison control centre immediately if an overdose occurs. If you are taking medications or other supplements, or have a medical condition, talk to your healthcare provider before use. Store at room temperature with the bottle tightly closed, and do not use if the foil under the cap is torn. Food supplement. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Not a substitute for a varied diet. Keep out of reach of children. Consult a doctor before use if pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or under medical supervision.
