These tablets are free from wheat, lactose, nuts and gluten, and are suitable for vegetarians, which makes them simple to fit around a range of diets. The formula also contains trace minerals such as zinc, copper, manganese, chromium, molybdenum, iodine and selenium, as shown in the ingredient list.
Around six months in one pack
Taken at one tablet a day, the 180 tablets last roughly six months. The inner container is sealed, and the carton measures about 7.3 x 7.3 x 13.6 cm, so it stores neatly in a kitchen cupboard.
What goes into each tablet
Alongside the vitamins and minerals, the tablet uses bulking and anti-caking agents and is coloured with E132. Vitamin K is supplied as phylloquinone, vitamin D as cholecalciferol and vitamin B12 as cyanocobalamin.
How to use
Take one tablet a day with water, preferably with food. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Suitable for adults and children over 11.
