Plant sterols, also called phytosterols, occur naturally in plant-based foods, though diet alone usually supplies only small amounts. These tablets use natural mixed plant sterols, with beta-sitosterol making up the majority of the dose.

Two tablets a day

The daily serving is two easy-to-swallow tablets, taken with a meal and a drink of your choice. At that rate, the 90 tablets last about 45 days.

Packed to fit through the letterbox

The tablets come in a flat pouch of about 12 x 2.2 x 20 cm rather than a tub. The formula is suitable for vegetarians and vegans and is intended for adult men and women.

How to use

Adults take two tablets a day, preferably with a meal. Do not exceed the stated dose.

Before you choose

Total intake of plant sterols from food and supplements combined should not exceed 3 g a day. This product is not intended for people who do not need to control their blood cholesterol level, and it should not be taken by pregnant or breastfeeding women or young children. If you take cholesterol-lowering or any other medication, or have a medical condition, consult a doctor before use. Eat fruit and vegetables regularly to help maintain carotenoid levels.
