Three fat-soluble vitamins in one softgel

Each softgel brings together 3,000 mcg RAE of vitamin A, 125 mcg of vitamin D3 and 90 mcg of vitamin K2, in a base of safflower and sunflower oils. It is taken once a day at mealtime.

At one softgel a day, the 120-softgel bottle covers four months. The label lists the product as gluten free with no artificial preservatives. It carries a quality guarantee from Carlson and is made in an FDA-regulated facility.

How to use

Adults: take one softgel daily at mealtime.

Before you choose

Do not take this product if you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant. Vitamin K can interfere with anticoagulants such as warfarin, so do not take it if you use warfarin, or are breastfeeding, without first consulting your physician. The label carries a California Prop 65 notice that vitamin A from retinol in quantities of 10,000 IU or more is known to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm. Food supplement. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Not a substitute for a varied diet. Keep out of reach of children.
