Each Carlson soft gel lists 0.67 mg of vitamin E as d-alpha tocopherol alongside the coenzyme Q10. The fill is sunflower oil with beeswax and soy lecithin, held in a bovine gelatin shell coloured with annatto.

The serving is one soft gel a day, so the 60 soft gels cover about two months. Carlson also sells this 100 mg strength in a 90-count bottle and a 300 mg version, so check the title before ordering.
