The so-called true cinnamon in capsule form

Ceylon cinnamon comes from Cinnamomum verum and is recognised as the true cinnamon form. Each capsule contains 500 mg, and the bottle holds 180 capsules, enough for 90 days at two a day.

Quality and labelling points

Carlson has been supplying nutritional supplements since 1965. The label marks this one as Igen non-GMO tested with no artificial preservatives, and the capsule shell is made with beef gelatin.

How to use

Adults take one capsule twice daily at mealtime.

Before you choose

The capsule contains beef gelatin, so it is not suitable for vegetarians or vegans. If you are pregnant, consult your healthcare practitioner before use. The US label carries a California Prop 65 reproductive-harm warning. Other ingredients are vegetable magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide.
