These Carefree Light liners are longer than standard sizes, giving extra coverage for everyday freshness. The soft, quilted honeycomb surface is designed to mould to your body and limit bunching and twisting as you move.

Absorbent core and wrapping

A Qwik-Dry core is designed by the manufacturer to lock in fluid quickly. Each liner is individually wrapped and unscented, which makes them easy to carry in a bag and suitable if you prefer to avoid fragranced products.

What comes in the box

The box contains 93 extra-long liners, enough to keep a supply at home with a few spares in your bag or at work.

How to use

Stick the liner to your underwear and change it every four to six hours, or as needed. Remove it and dispose of it in a bin, not the toilet. Wash your hands after use.
