A liquid seasoning made from soybeans and purified water, used as a direct substitute for soy sauce.
Product details
Seasoning without cooking
It needs no cooking, so it can go onto food straight from the bottle. It works as a direct swap for soy sauce in recipes, whether you are seasoning stir-fries, salads or vegetables.
How to use
Use as you would soy sauce. The label suggests about half a teaspoon (2.5 ml) per serving, and no cooking is required.
Before you choose
This product is made from soybeans, so avoid it if you have a soy allergy. US-market product: packaging and label wording may differ from UK versions.
