Hot chocolate, smoothies and baking

Blume designed it for lattes made with milk, served hot or iced, and also suggests adding it to smoothies, porridge and baking. A serving is one teaspoon (4.2 g), and the 4.4 oz (125 g) pouch holds about 25 servings.

How to use

For a hot or iced latte, mix 1-2 teaspoons with a splash of boiling water, then slowly add a cup of frothed hot milk, or cold milk over ice; dairy or plant-based both work. On the hob, add 1-2 teaspoons to a cup of milk in a small pan over a low-medium heat and whisk constantly until frothed and steaming. Sweeten to taste.

Before you choose

This is a lightly sweetened drink powder, not a sugar-free or caffeine-free one. Contains coconut and a small amount of caffeine. Store in a cool, dry place and use within 6 months of opening. A little sediment is normal with real ingredients. US-market product: packaging and label wording may differ from UK versions.
