Bluebonnet formulates this liquid with calcium as a chelate of calcium citrate, and magnesium as a chelate of magnesium citrate and magnesium aspartate. It also includes vitamin D3 as cholecalciferol, which comes from lanolin.

Dietary details

The label lists the formula as milk free, kosher parve and gluten free, in a BPA-free bottle, and Igen Non-GMO tested. It is also free of egg, fish, crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soybeans, sesame, barley, rice and sodium. The minerals are shown in their elemental value.

How to use

Adults take one tablespoon (15 ml) daily, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Shake well before serving. Store tightly closed and refrigerate after opening.
