Each BIODANCE Cera-nol pad is a lightweight hydrogel sheet with a non-sticky feel, designed to be just as easy to use at home as when travelling. The brand builds the formula around ten layers of hyaluronic acid and five types of ceramide, aiming for a plump, moisturised look and a well-supported skin barrier. Glacial water sits alongside the panthenol for a cool, comforting feel.

Two ways to fit it into your routine

Swipe a pad over freshly cleansed skin when you want a quick toning step, or leave the pads in place for a short mask session on days when skin feels dry. BIODANCE suggests the pads are suitable for daily use and reports a skin irritation index of 0.00 from its own testing.

How to use

For a quick toner, apply a pad after cleansing. For a mini mask, lay the pads on the skin for 15-20 minutes until they turn white, then lift them off and glide them gently over the face.
