This multivitamin combines its vitamins and minerals with milk protein, which Ancient Nutrition calls a peptide-powered formula. One capsule lists 765 mcg RAE of vitamin A from beta-carotene, 57 mcg (2,280 IU) of vitamin D3, 15 mg of vitamin E, 80 mcg of vitamin K2 as menaquinone-7 and 24 mg of vitamin C, among others.

Adults take a single capsule daily, so the bottle of 30 lasts a month. The capsule shell is bovine gelatin, which is also the only listed other ingredient.
