Black Seed Amazing Herbs Black Seed 60 Vegetarian Capsules

The whole seed, not just the oil

Amazing Herbs uses the whole black cumin seed, ground to a powder, for its Whole Spectrum range. The maker states the capsules contain 100% of the seed, and each one holds 450 mg of a proprietary blend.

A herbal blend in vegetarian capsules

Alongside black seed, the blend includes powdered fenugreek seed, thyme, parsley leaf, garlic, slippery elm bark, marshmallow root and liquorice root. The capsule shell is vegetable cellulose, with rice flour, microcrystalline cellulose and vegetable magnesium stearate as the other ingredients.

Label claims and dose

The label describes the capsules as vegan, naturally gluten free and halal, with a non-GMO guarantee, and states they are made to GMP standards. The directions allow one or more capsules a day as needed, so the 60-count bottle lasts up to two months.

How to use

Adults: take one or more capsules a day, as needed.

Before you choose

This is a mixed herbal blend, not a single-ingredient black seed oil, so check each herb against your needs. Not recommended for use during pregnancy. The blend contains garlic and liquorice root. US-market product: packaging and label wording may differ from UK versions. Food supplement. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Not a substitute for a varied diet.
