This benzoyl peroxide formula treats acne after the cleansing step, remaining on the affected skin rather than being washed away. Its acne-treatment active reduces the bacteria involved in breakouts and helps improve spots and blocked pores. A thin application provides a focused treatment step within a simple acne-care routine.

Where it fits in your routine

Apply this treatment to affected skin after cleansing and leave it on. It is not a face wash and does not contain adapalene. Start cautiously: a high-strength acne treatment can cause drying and peeling, even when used only on small areas.

How to use

1. New users should apply a small amount to one or two affected areas during the first three days. Continue only if there is no discomfort.
2. Clean the skin, then spread a thin layer over the affected area once a day.
3. If needed, increase gradually to two or three applications a day. Reduce to once daily or every other day if dryness or peeling becomes troublesome.

Important precautions

For external use only. Do not use on very sensitive skin or if sensitive to benzoyl peroxide. Avoid eyes, lips and mouth. Keep it away from hair and coloured fabrics, as it can bleach them.

Other topical acne medicines can increase irritation; if this happens, use only one at a time. Avoid unnecessary sun exposure and apply sunscreen when going outside. If irritation or sensitivity develops after combining with sunscreen, stop both products. Stop if irritation is severe. Keep out of reach of children.
