What is in the balm

Avobenzone and octinoxate provide the SPF 25 rating, and petrolatum forms a layer that helps limit moisture loss from dry lips. Cocoa butter joins the shea butter and avocado oil to soften and condition, with green tea extract also included.

What protection means here

SPF 25 only works when applied generously and topped up regularly, especially outdoors. Reapplying after eating, swimming or sweating keeps the coverage in place.

How to use

Apply liberally to the lips 15 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply at least every two hours, and after swimming, sweating or eating.

Before you choose

For external use only. Do not use on damaged or broken skin, and stop using it if irritation or a rash occurs. Contains lanolin and beeswax, so it may not suit you if you avoid either. Keep out of reach of children. US-market product: packaging and label wording may differ from UK versions.
