A natural-style fluoride rinse

Whole Care is Tom's of Maine's alcohol-free mouthwash with fluoride. Each 10 ml contains sodium fluoride 0.02% (0.01% w/v fluoride ion), and it is flavoured with natural fresh mint and sweetened with xylitol.

Natural-led formula

The formula includes organic aloe barbadensis leaf juice and propanediol. The brand lists it as vegan, gluten-free, kosher and halal, and the company is a Certified B Corporation that does not test on animals.

How to use

Adults and children aged 6 and over: use twice a day after brushing with toothpaste. Vigorously swish 10 ml between your teeth for 1 minute, then spit out. Do not swallow, and do not eat or drink for 30 minutes afterwards.

Before you choose

Instruct children under 12 in good rinsing habits, and supervise as needed. Children under 6 should ask a dentist. Keep out of reach of children; if more than the amount used for rinsing is swallowed, seek medical help or contact a poison control centre immediately. Do not use if the printed shrink band on the cap is damaged or missing. US-market product: packaging and label wording may differ from UK versions.
