Credentials and size

The brand lists the rinse as BPA-free, not tested on animals, vegan, gluten-free and kosher. It is a 473 ml (16 fl oz) bottle, and the brand notes the formulas were created by Dr. Harold Katz in 1993.

How to use

Adults aged 18 and over: rinse and gargle with 10 ml (2 teaspoons) twice a day for 90 seconds after brushing, then spit out and wait 5 minutes before eating. Children aged 12 to 17: use once a day after brushing in the same way. Do not swallow.

Before you choose

Keep out of reach of children under 12 and use only as directed. If more than used for rinsing is swallowed, get medical help or contact a poison control centre. Do not use with other products containing chlorite. Wash out spills on fabric straight away, and do not use if the seal is broken or missing. US-market product: packaging and label wording may differ from UK versions.

Water, glycerin, peg-40 hydrogenated castor oil, sodium hydroxide, citric acid, flavor, sodium chlorite, menthol, sodium benzoate, sodium bicarbonate, sucralose, xylitol.
