Oil pulling in single-use sachets

Oil pulling is a traditional practice of swishing oil around the mouth, and these pre-measured sachets make it easy to do on the go or while travelling. The oil base is caprylic/capric/lauric triglyceride, flavoured with peppermint, spearmint, clove, cardamom, tea tree, oregano and fennel oils.

What is in the box

The box contains 28 sachets of 10 ml (0.33 fl oz) each. The brand lists the formula as alcohol-free and fluoride-free, with no artificial flavours, colours or preservatives, and it carries a Leaping Bunny cruelty-free mark. Vitamins D3, E and K2 are included in the ingredient list.

How to use

Open a sachet and gently swish the oil between your teeth for at least 2 minutes, working up to 10 minutes if you wish. Spit it into a bin rather than the sink, rinse your mouth thoroughly with water and do not swallow. Brush your teeth afterwards.

Keep out of reach of children and use only as directed. If irritation develops, stop using it, and do not use it if you are allergic to any ingredient. If spilled on fabrics, clean it immediately to avoid staining. The product is packaged in a facility that processes peanuts, tree nuts, soya, milk and wheat.
