How to use

Shake well. Place 10 to 15 ml in your mouth and gently swish between your teeth for at least 2 minutes, working up to 10 minutes if you wish. Spit it into a bin, rinse your mouth thoroughly with water and do not swallow. Brush your teeth afterwards.
