Leave-on support for managing acne

An aqueous gel lets you apply benzoyl peroxide across the affected area without adding another rinse-off step. The active ingredient helps reduce bacteria associated with acne and improve existing spots. The gel format spreads easily, making it practical to apply the thin layer described in the directions rather than a thick coating.

A straightforward leave-on gel

Apply this treatment after cleansing rather than using it as a wash. The pictured formula has a short inactive-ingredient list with no fragrance listed. The 5% concentration is lower than Rugby’s 10% gel, but dryness and irritation are still possible.

How to use

Cleanse the skin thoroughly, then cover the affected area with a thin layer one to three times daily, following your pack. Reduce to once daily if dryness or peeling occurs. Do not apply extra product to try to speed up results.

Before you use it

For external use only. Do not use on very sensitive skin or if sensitive to benzoyl peroxide. Keep away from eyes, lips and mouth; flush eyes thoroughly with water if contact occurs. It can bleach hair, clothing and other coloured fabrics.

Limit sun exposure and use sunscreen. Other acne treatments used at the same time or immediately afterwards can increase irritation; use only one if this occurs. Stop if irritation becomes severe. Keep out of reach of children.

Storage

Keep the cap tightly closed. Avoid temperatures below approximately 4°C or above 38°C, as stated on the US pack.
