PanOxyl Acne Spot Treatment

PanOxyl pairs 10% benzoyl peroxide with a gel you apply directly to acne-affected skin after cleansing. Alongside its acne-treatment active, allantoin and bisabolol provide soothing support, while glycerin and sodium hyaluronate help attract moisture. It offers a targeted treatment step without needing a second wash.

Where it fits in your routine

This is a leave-on treatment, unlike PanOxyl’s rinse-off washes. The gel includes allantoin, bisabolol, niacinamide and sodium hyaluronate alongside the acne-treatment ingredient. It has no added fragrance, but a high-strength treatment can still cause dryness or irritation.

How to use

Cleanse thoroughly, then apply a thin layer over the affected area once daily to begin with. Increase gradually to two or three times daily only if needed and tolerated. Reduce to once daily or every other day if drying or peeling occurs. Apply sunscreen afterwards when going outside.

Before you use it

For external use only. Do not use on very sensitive skin or if sensitive to benzoyl peroxide. Avoid eyes, lips and mouth, unnecessary sun exposure, hair and coloured fabrics: this product can bleach them. Other acne treatments may increase irritation. Stop if irritation is severe, or if sensitivity develops when used with sunscreen. Keep away from children. 

Store at 20–25°C; do not exceed 30°C.
