Acne cleansing for more than just the face

AcneFree’s 2.5% benzoyl peroxide cleanser is designed for acne-prone areas including the face, chest and back. It combines an acne-treatment active with cleansing agents in an oil-free formula, while ceramides and cholesterol distinguish its supporting ingredients. The rinse-off format lets treatment sit within your usual wash routine.

Face and body cleansing

The label permits use on the face, chest or back. Its formula contains ceramides and cholesterol alongside cleansing ingredients. A lower benzoyl peroxide strength can still cause dryness, so introduce it gradually rather than assuming it will suit every skin type.

How to use

Massage a small amount gently onto damp skin over the affected area, avoiding the eyes. Rinse well. Start once a day and increase to morning and evening only if needed. If dryness or peeling becomes troublesome, reduce to once daily or every other day. This is a wash-off cleanser, not a leave-on treatment.

Important precautions

For external use only. Do not use on very sensitive skin or if sensitive to benzoyl peroxide. Avoid eyes, lips and mouth. May bleach hair and dyed fabrics. Other topical acne medicines can increase irritation; use only one at a time if this occurs.

Avoid unnecessary sun exposure and apply sunscreen when outside. If sensitivity develops after combining with sunscreen, stop both products. Stop treatment for severe irritation. Keep out of reach of children.
