A cleansing step for acne-prone skin

This wash treats spots during cleansing rather than staying on the skin like a spot gel. Benzoyl peroxide targets acne-causing bacteria, while the foaming formula rinses away dirt and excess oil from areas such as the face, chest and back.

Choosing your strength

This is the higher-strength option in the PanOxyl wash range. It contains moisturising ingredients including glycerin, but dryness and peeling can still occur. If your skin is easily irritated, ask a pharmacist which strength and routine are suitable before choosing a stronger treatment.

How to use

Wet the area, massage the wash gently for one to two minutes, then rinse thoroughly and pat dry. Start once daily, increasing to two or three times daily only if needed and tolerated. Reduce frequency if dryness or peeling occurs.

Before use

For external use only. Do not use on very sensitive skin or if sensitive to benzoyl peroxide. Avoid eyes, lips and mouth. May bleach hair and fabrics. Combining topical acne treatments can increase irritation. Use sunscreen and avoid unnecessary sun exposure. Stop if irritation becomes severe. Keep away from children.

Storage

Store at 20–25°C and keep out of reach of children.
