How to use them together

Use the creamy wash to cleanse: wet the skin, massage in gently avoiding the eye area, then rinse thoroughly and pat dry. Apply a thin layer of the adapalene gel to clean, dry skin in the evening, over the whole area prone to breakouts. Retinoids and benzoyl peroxide can cause dryness or sensitivity in the first weeks, so start gradually and use a sunscreen during the day. Benzoyl peroxide can bleach towels, clothing and hair.
