Dermaharmony 2% Pyrithione Zinc Cleansing Bar is an unscented medicated bar soap formulated to control the symptoms of dandruff and seborrhoeic dermatitis on the face, body and scalp. The 2% pyrithione zinc active ingredient relieves itching, irritation, redness, flaking and scaling associated with these conditions.

Unlike standard soap bars, this is a syndet bar -- a synthetic detergent formulation with a pH of 5.1, closely matched to skin's natural pH (4.5-5.5). The primary cleansing ingredient is Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate (SCI), derived from coconut oil and known for its exceptional mildness. Works in both hard and soft water. Safe for daily use by adults and children.
